Welcome! I am finally getting my blog up and running. I'm excited about the release of my new novella, The Guilty. It should be available from Amazon by May 9, 2011. It is a thriller that is set in the woods of eastern Tennessee. More information coming soon.
I am also the author of Nightwolf: A Novel. It is a werewolf story, but is also a coming-of-age story about Daniel Correll and his life before and after he comes in contact with a mysterious wolf in the wilds of Canada.
While not a hardcore horror novel, Nightwolf definitely has a horror element, and takes a different approach to the traditional werewolf story.
I am not a genre-specific writer. I write stories in different genres that interest me at the time. Most of my work is almost novel length, but not quite. Nightwolf is novel length for a small novel, while The Guilty ended up being a novella. I have another novella completed that I will eventually publish as well.
I have the initial idea for the next novel, and will hopefully start work on it once The Guilty is published and available, and all of the things that go along with that are completed.
I enjoy blogging and plan to post often. Please check back again and feel free to comment on any of the posts. Thanks for reading!
David
